The area of the slaughterhouse is 4,750 square meters. It is complemented by Refrigerators (Zero C unites, -18 C storage chambers for frozen products, -40 C deep freezing) and Waste treatment unit.
The Slaughterhouse operates with a production capacity of 4,000 birds per hour, 9,600,000 birds per year, with 300 working days and 8 hours per day. The slaughterhouse produces the following materials (whole chicken and parts).
With some simple modifications and increasing the number of special clips for hanging chickens, production can be doubled to become 8,000 birds per hour.
